We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Maintenance team within an established office. Key Duties / Responsibilities will be First point of contact to tenant enquiries Handling of incoming emails from tenants and maintenance operatives Generate jobs for maintenance operatives Update records with incoming reports from maintenance operatives, Report any issues to Maintenance Manager Support to other Departments Requirements / Experience Required Effective verbal and written communication Have Strong record keeping and administration skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to build rapport with customers in order to resolve queries and issues Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and organise various shared Outlook mailboxes Good time management Able to cope with a demanding and varied workload You should be: A team player A multi- tasker Organised Whilst not essential it would be desirable for applicants to have Experience of working in an administrative, customer focused environment Ability to gather data to formulate reports Ability to use MRI/Property management application Hours 5 Day week Monday to Friday 9. 00am to 5. 30pm, (Office-based)
