2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire (Onsite x5 days per week)
Length: 3 months (Initial contract)
Rate: £225 per day (Inside IR35)
Role Profile
To provide second-line technical support for the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide second-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
3. Understand and address network concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Administer and manage SharePoint content.
5. Utilize excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and users.
7. Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
3. Understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Familiarity with SharePoint administration and content management.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
