Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. Handling phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or guests. Managing the hotel's front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organised and well maintained. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Preparing reports and updating occupancy statistics.
