The University of Reading is seeking to appoint a Project Manager for the Campus Development Department within the Estates directorate

The Position
The role involves managing and delivering a variety of complex repair and refurbishment projects from inception to handover both from reactive maintenance requests, a planned programme of replacements and building fabric improvements both from the Forward Maintenance Plan and the University’s Capital Improvements Programme managed by the Estates Directorate.
This position will focus on delivering Projects that sit within the Minor and Intermediate Programme (circa under £1 million) and requires close collaboration campus wide, delivering the Estates Strategy within a multi stakeholder environment. The Campus Development team, based at the award-winning Whiteknights Campus, operates within 130 hectares of beautiful parkland and lakes.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Project Management managing Projects that sit within the Minor and Intermediate Programme of work.
