Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w Coventry Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a well established company in Warwick Our client are steadily growing and are looking for an extra 3 x Customer Service Advisors to join their existing close knit team Membership Support Advisor duties include: 1st point of call for the Members Providing legal support to the Members (full training given) Escalate legal queries where applicable Promote factsheets and policy guidance to members. Log accurate data on the CRM system. Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates. Keep up to date with relevant policies & legislations within our client's sector The phonelines operate from 10am until 4pm to ensure that the advisors have time to do deal with any outstanding queries/admin duties. Membership Support Advisor person specification: The person would be: Exquisite customer service skills Clear and eloquent communication skills Good researching skills and experience Looking for a long term career Other essential skills and experience needed – Professional manner Customer service experience Proficient Microsoft Office.
