The Role:
As a member of the festivals and events team, you will work together with colleagues to maximise the income generated from donations and sourced by Oxfam products, through efficient stock processing and creative visual merchandising. You will deliver a consistent experience to our customers and donors in the shop that reflects Oxfam’s brand and values.
Please note: This role is based in Batley hub and onsite at festival locations.

* Sound knowledge of festivals and events
* Self-motivated and willing to use your initiative
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Enjoy engaging with members of the public
* Sound knowledge and experience of festivals or relevant events work
* Awareness of Health and Safety and dynamic risk assessment in particular on event sites
* Good self-management and self-awareness - this role is about leading by supporting others, rather than by directing and commanding
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of business
* The ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy
* Experience of working with, motivating, and managing volunteers
