* Job title: Health and Safety Manager
* Location: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire, with regular travel to sites
* Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Churchill Estates Management (CEM) is a leading property management company specialising in independent retirement living. Under the direction of the Operations Director, the Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
3. Provide training and support to staff on health and safety matters.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports as necessary.
5. Maintain records and documentation related to health and safety compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a health and safety role.
2. NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
3. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
