Key Responsibilities: Order Picking & Packing : Accurately picking customer orders and preparing for dispatch. Material Handling Equipment (MHE) : Use of warehouse machinery training may be provided if required. Stock Movement & Inventory Control : Ensuring accurate movement of stock across departments. Customer Service : Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers. Data Entry : Basic use of Microsoft Office and internal systems including Matrix software. Team Collaboration : Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet KPIs.
