Job Description
* Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment
* Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
* Resolve account discrepancies and invoice disputes
* Liaise with the sales team to manage credit exposure
* Conduct credit checks on new customers
* Prepare monthly credit control reports for management
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of credit control strategies
* Comply with all financial policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of credit control procedures and regulations
