Job title: Transformation Project Manager

Overview of the role:
To be the conduit between all key stakeholders across the UK & Ireland, to track, interpret and drive data from their business initiative and present to the SLT and board level.
Duties are but not limited to:
1. Track and drive the implementation of business improvement projects within the UK, support the delivery of key ‘measures’
2. Structure and support performance projects on local level with a strong analytical focus and “hands-on” mentality
3. Initiate and support best practice exchange between regions and follow-up implementation
4. Communicate and exchange with the functional community to further drive the transformation
Requirements:
1. Knowledge and experience of working in a management consultancy type environment and/or business analytics
2. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent Qualification
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills towards different target groups (from technician to executive management)
4. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
