As a Trainee Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Involvement in month end processes and reporting timetable becoming involved across all month end tasks as time progresses and adhering to the reporting timetable
* Assisting with year-end procedures and tasks as required
* Posting of monthly completions including the reconciliation of cash against system info
* Credit control duties to ensure that all amounts owed are recovered as quickly as possible
* Matching purchase orders, GRN's and invoices
* Assisting with monthly CIS submissions
* Working across all finance department functions as required in order to deliver on timetables and departmental requirements

Prepared to work towards HND/HNC
* Nat 4/5/GCSE equivilent in Maths and English required
* Complimentary relevant experience
* Ability to work under pressure
* Methodical approach
* Computer literate and numerate
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
* Willingness to learn
* Dedication and ambition to develop within the role, As a Trainee we understand this may be one of your first roles so we're looking for someone with a genuine interest in Accounts. Experience within this sector would be great however if you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills this could be the role for you. We will support you through your Traineeship to develop and progress in your chosen career path.
