Job summary We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and talented Assistant General Manager to join the Integrated Pathways Division.Reporting to the General Manager, this is a key leadership role within our CDG. This post is fixed term for 9 months covering Maternity leave. You will contribute to the delivery and implementation of our strategic plans by being actively involved in business planning, service developments, data management and workforce resourcing. You will oversee the day to day operational management to ensure high standard services are achieved across the specialities, delivery of key performance indicators and continual development and review of processes for improving productivity. Previous experience of working within the NHS would be advantageous. You will be working as a key part of the Clinical Delivery Group management team and a proven track record of leading teams as well as undertaking the challenges of delivery in a fast paced, acute setting is essential. You should be highly motivated, organised and able to work well under pressure.
