£30,000 per annum + Monthly Profit related bonus (OTE circa £35,000pa)
Hours: 9-5pm - Hybrid working 3 days working in office, 2 days remote working.

We are recruiting for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive/Account Manager to join our client's team and contribute to the growth of their organisation in the UK. As an exceptional candidate with a background in sales and customer service, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and retaining clients while ensuring their satisfaction.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the sales and renewals team, proactively identifying growth opportunities for both our client and their customers. Your ability to spot potential clients and generate sales opportunities will be crucial in driving the success of the organisation. From finding potential clients to securing their business, you will manage the entire sales process, displaying excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and nurturing lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Generating new sales opportunities through prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.
3. Illustrating the value of our client's organisation to create growth opportunities.
4. Regularly following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and identifying new opportunities.
5. Maintaining a database of clients and prospective clients.
6. Collaborating with all departments within the organisation to ensure timely processing of new and renewed business.
7. Participating in brainstorming sessions, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings.
8. Providing regular progress reports towards predefined targets.
Requirements:
1. Ideally previous knowledge within Healthcare / Medical but not essential.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Account Management.
3. Sound knowledge of sales and negotiating principles.
4. Used to working to KPI's.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload, while seeking new opportunities.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM software. An aptitude for learning new systems is desired.
8. You must be a driver and be able to travel as required to meet with clients.
