We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our National Distribution Center’s team in Northampton! This involves being responsible for working directly with Baxter customers, across our product lines and customer channels. You will partner with our customers to resolve issues and strive to deliver a human-centered, helpful experience through creative problem-solving, and thoughtful communication.
In this role, you will:
* Handle orders for hospitals, troubleshoot customers’ complaints, and also build positive relationships within the company.
* Communicate thoughtful, empathetic, resolutions tailored to each customer, working with customers to support their Baxter experience.
* Process patient orders for the hospitals.
* Collaborate and partner with other departments to ensure high delivery of service excellence to Baxter’s customers and patients.

* A 10-month fixed-term full-time contract.
* Work weekday shift 8.30 am - 4:30 pm, then 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays (on weekly rotation) and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Fridays.
