Experience / knowledge in the use of hand tools Experience / knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building maintenance Experience of using computer programmes Understanding of COSHH regulations Desirable Previous experience in working within the Healthcare environment Understanding of Asbestos regulations Experience of driving Transit Van sized vehicle towing a trailer.
