We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting the educational, social and personal development of children with complex special educational needs (SEND). The role involves assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment for young learners, as well as providing personal care and support to key pupils.

Duties of SEND Teaching Assistants:
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
* Work closely with children with autism and special educational needs
* Provide physical care and support to reception age pupils in an educational setting
* Assist in educating children through various activities and tasks
* Support teachers in implementing individual education plans for students
* Implement strategies as part of individual pupils' Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
Experience required of SEND Teaching Assistants:
* Experience working with children, particularly toddlers
* Knowledge of special education practices and principles
