You will be responsible for developing interactive and engaging sessions for clients on promoting good health, the importance of a balanced diet, basic cooking skills and more. As well as educating clients, you will be responsible for creating resource packs that aid clients during their journey and share important healthy lifestyle messages through our website and social media platforms.
You will also have responsibility for managing a team of advisors, collecting appropriate data and using it to monitor and understand the effectiveness of the sessions. You’ll respond to complaints and escalated queries and resolve these in an efficient manner.
What You’ll Need
You will need previous experience managing or coordinating nutritional programmes in local communities as well as experience working directly with clients on a one-to-one level and in group settings. You’ll have experience of working towards KPIs and developing services to meet the needs of the local community. With a mature and calm manner, you’ll be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet set objectives.
