As an AccountManager, your role will be two-fold,providing great customer service to and driving business withtheir existingmotor dealer accountsand activelycanvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accountsin your designated territory as well.Training is provided over your career,including the first week will be at HQ, and then 1:1 for a few daysto settle you in, then ongoing training and regular salesmeetings.
The Role
* Researching andmaintaining a first-class knowledge of your territory and theopportunities within it.
* Developing andcoaching the performance of new and existing dealers by drivingbespoke training solutions to support their warrantysales.
* Actively find new ways towin business from target accounts with theuse of our consultative salesprocess.
* Dealing with all clientqueries and liaising with management asrequired.
* Negotiate,and overcome any objections in orderto win business from target dealeraccounts.
* Ensure youplan ahead inorder to deliver the growth required to support your monthly newbusiness KPI's.
* Regularly reviewto pinpoint any areas which may require additional focus in yourterritory.
* Plan your own diary to maximise youreffectiveness in therole.
ExperienceRequired
* Salesexperience and/or field-based environment isideal (not Essential) some of their bestAccount Managers came from large retail backgrounds - JohnLewis/Next etc, or Business Managers/SalesManagers from the motortrade.
* Self-confidenceand goodrelationship-buildingskills.
* Comfortablewith cold-calling and able to think onyour feet.
* A good eye for thedetails.
* The ability to adapt to change as weconstantly improve our business.
* Tobe a highlySELF-motivatedindividual, hungry to succeed and be thebest.
* Great communication andpresentation skills.
* Able to persuade andinfluence potential sales over theline.
* Excellent customer serviceskills.
* Comfortable proposing ideas andproposals tomanagement.

The Salary& Package
* 50,000+ potential earnings per annum with uncapped commission.(TopAccount manager is earning 82,000+)
