Key responsibilities include: Processing and issuing repeat prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner Liaising with GPs, pharmacists, and patients to clarify or adjust prescriptions as needed Supporting medication reviews, audits, and clinical safety checks Maintaining accurate prescription records and ensuring regulatory compliance Assisting with general prescription-related administration and patient communication Additional responsibilities may include: Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider practice team Providing reception cover from time to time, including answering phones and assisting patients at the front desk, if required
