Doorsan is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support our office and warehouse operations. A key part of this role involves assisting the sales team with quotations for larger projectsand checking Proforma Invoices from our factory to ensure all door-set orders are accurate and error-free.
This varied role includes administrative tasks, purchasing, clerical support, stock control, and customer service, making it perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and problem-solving.
📍 Location: Doorsan Office/Warehouse - Allerton Bywater, near Castleford
⏳ Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Prepare quotations for the sales team & review Proforma Invoices for accuracy
✔️ Manage administrative tasks, supplier orders, and stock levels
✔️ Support warehouse scheduling & document control
✔️ Assist with bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and payment tracking
✔️ Provide customer service & general business support
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
🔹 Experience in an administrative or estimating role (preferably in manufacturing or logistics)
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office & business management tools
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Speaking a second language, such as Polish or Portuguese, would be an advantage
