We are also looking for full-time night support workers where you work 35 hours per week. The night shift hours are 21:45-07:45 working 4 shifts one week, and 3 the next.

We are currently recruiting for Days Support Workers and Night Support Workers to join us in The South Elmsall region of WF9 1.
You will be working as part of a dedicated team in one of our supported living services in West Yorkshire, where we support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Residential Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Working and supporting adults with complex needs to create positive outcomes and promote independence.
* Direct practical interactions with adults including activities, cooking, personal care, and engaging with the wider community.
* Engage in planning and coordination of activities as a team.
* Understanding residential homes.
* Engage in planning, implementation, and delivery of support plans.
* Working in partnership with other agencies.
* Providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
* Completing a range of records and documents to regulatory standards.
In summary, we are looking for people who like to have fun and enjoy the company of adults, have an understanding of Autism, anxiety, and the challenging behaviours that this can present, or are willing to learn. Experience isn’t required as training will be provided for the right candidates. The most important thing for us is that you share our values, have a desire to make a real difference, involving all service users and helping improve everyday lives.
