Duration: 36-48 months (with potential extension based on project progress)-In general, when the project ends, we try to place the candidate in other projects to give him/her continuity.

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sub Agent to lead critical sections of a prestigious airport construction project. In this role, you will ensure successful delivery by combining strategic planning, efficient coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of specific sections of the construction site, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
* Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
* Develop and implement plans for upcoming project phases, forecasting resource and operational needs 6-12 months ahead.
* Monitor site progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
* Uphold and promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all activities.
* Manage budgets and ensure delivery aligns with financial targets and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in heavy civil engineering projects, with at least 2 years in the UK in engineering roles.
* Quality control ‘right first time’ ethos.
* Working flexibly and with tenacity.
* Managing teams or technical specialisms.
* Understanding of project environmental aspects and control measures, climate literacy and carbon management, and environmental consents and permit awareness.
* Certifications: Valid CSCS card (Professionally Qualified Person or above), SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred.
* Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Working Conditions
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Benefits
* Compensation: £60,000 plus a monthly car allowance of £500
* Holidays: 22 working days of annual vacation plus 8 bank holidays.
