To support Healthcare Professionals, Consumers, Patients and Carers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning Nutricia products and services. You will provide exceptional support by telephone, email and letter in line with agreed KPIs. You will also report on and share customer feedback trends with the business and support commercial activity, working with the medical and marketing teams.
