Job scope:
We are seeking an Assistant Registered Manager to join our team, supporting the daily operations of supported living and community care services. The role involves conducting regular site visits to ensure high-quality care delivery while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations, governance standards, and audit requirements.
The Assistant Registered Manager will work closely with the senior management team to provide a person-centred service, ensuring that individual needs are met in line with regulatory expectations. A key aspect of the role will be attending multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and liaising with healthcare professionals, social services, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on CQC inspections, internal audits, and governance processes, ensuring services remain compliant with national standards and legislation. The successful candidate will also support clinicians in upholding best practices and assist in maintaining the safeguarding protocols.
Do you have?
1. Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
2. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
3. Knowledge of CQC regulations, quality standards, and governance frameworks
4. Experience conducting audits and preparing for CQC inspections
5. Experience attending and contributing to multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings
6. Strong background in care planning, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring
7. A full UK driving licence (essential for site visits)
