Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Project Sales team in our Air Solutions business unit as a Project Sales Team Leader.
Our Specification Sales team is responsible for ensuring LG air conditioning equipment is specified in projects by working closely with consultants, M&E contractors and installers. As Project Sales Team Leader, you will assume responsibility for the team who are responsible for achieving overall sales and KPI targets, identifying and creating new sales opportunities and preparing project proposals based on design. In addition, you will provide strong leadership to lead the team supporting all sales and business development activities.
Skills, Education & Experience
* Degree qualification is preferable, with Mechanical Engineering and/or technical-based qualifications.
* Previous experience within the Air Conditioning (Chiller/VRF/ASHP) industry.
* A technical understanding of VRF/ASHP products is required. Knowledge of applied products/chillers/AHU would be a plus.
* Understanding of sales operations i.e. demand planning, forecasting, price positioning etc. would be a plus.
* Proven track record of selling VRF air conditioning products is necessary, via distributors and VAR.
* You will be a successful sales management professional with a background in managing distribution accounts. If you have sold HVAC VRF-based heating, cooling, controls, BMS, and ventilation technologies into commercial infrastructure projects then this will be an advantage.
* A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good organisational skills, highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
* Complete finisher - able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution.
* If you have sold HVAC VRF-based heating, cooling, controls, BMS, and ventilation technologies into commercial infrastructure projects then this will be an advantage.
* Able to solve business and customer-related issues.
* Able to be flexible and develop quality, customer-focused targets and service
