About the Role
As a Junior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Team, ensuring seamless coordination with growers, pickers, and packers to meet customer demand. You will have the opportunity to work with key customers, contribute to category management strategies, and support the delivery of profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in the management and development of key customer relationships.
* Provide market-leading category management to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Assist in developing commercially beneficial relationships with customers.
* Implement and evolve joint category plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin targets.
* Deliver accurate weekly sales forecasting and contribute to long-term planning.
* Work closely with internal departments (supply chain, procurement, technical, operations) to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
* Monitor and improve supply chain efficiencies to reduce costs and enhance product freshness.
* Communicate with third-party packing sites to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide insight into market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
* Maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Package:
£30,000 - £40,000 with additional bonus and benefits.
