Norserv FM Ltd is a growing facilities management company, and we’re looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic office environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admin duties (assisting other members of staff with their administrative needs; filing, scanning, etc.)
2. Manage office supplies & equipment
3. Handle calls and correspondence
4. Coordinate meetings and appointments
5. Provide excellent customer service
6. Maintain accurate records and databases
Skills/Experience:
1. Microsoft Office proficiency
2. Strong organizational & communication skills
3. Previous admin experience (preferred but not required)
