Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Near Shipley Salary: £22,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year + Bonus Scheme Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri
Fully office based role.
Overview: An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Marketing Executive at a dynamic drama school and casting agency based near Shipley. This is a unique chance to join a creative team and shape the future marketing strategy for both the drama school, which trains children and young people in performing arts, and the casting agency, which represents young talent nationwide for major TV and film roles. As this is the company’s first in-house marketing position, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a marketing strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop creative content ideas for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website.
Social Media Engagement: Interact with customers and clients, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages.
Website Management: Regularly update the website with new content, ensuring product information is accurate and easy to access. WordPress
SEO & Analytics: Monitor SEO performance, make data-driven recommendations, and report key metrics to management.
Blog & News Updates: Maintain and update the company’s blog and news section with relevant content.
Press & Media Relations: Work closely with press contacts, writing and distributing press releases to promote the business.
Client Communication & Development: Foster and maintain relationships with large organizations, offering company services and ensuring client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition, including pricing and budget management (e.g., Google Ads).
Report Preparation: Create and present detailed reports and analytics to senior management.
Skills & Attributes:
Marketing Qualifications: A degree in marketing, business management, or a related field is preferred.
Creative and Analytical: Strong creative skills with the ability to think strategically and analyse marketing performance.
Independent & Motivated: Self-starter capable of working independently while also collaborating with the wider team.
Adaptable: Ability to handle a range of marketing activities, including both online and offline campaigns.
Design & Media Skills: Experience with Photoshop or other design software is desirable, along with videography skills.
Leadership Potential: The company is looking for someone who can grow within the role and eventually take on more responsibility.
Local & Passionate: Preference for candidates local to the area with a passion for the TV and film industry.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management (preferred)
