A Specialist School just outside of Bath is seeking a committed graduate to join their team as a Behaviour Support Assistant, starting ASAP. In this role, you'll support children aged 4 to 18 who face behavioural challenges, including those stemming from diagnosed social, emotional, or mental health difficulties.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with students to address and manage behavioural challenges.
* Promote positive decision-making and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
* Create a safe and supportive learning environment to help students stay focused.
* Foster healthy relationships between students, staff, and peers.
* Provide emotional support, helping students develop self-regulation and coping skills.
