Technical Program Manager for Payroll and Accounting Systems Implementation
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager with experience in payroll and accounting systems implementation to lead a large-scale system rollout and manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end implementation of payroll and accounting systems, defining project scope, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring adherence to the program roadmap.
* Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors, communicating project status, risks, and solutions to all stakeholders.
* Oversee configuration, customization, deployment, and integration of payroll and accounting software systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Facilitate communication between development, HR, finance, and other cross-functional teams, driving coordination between UK and US stakeholders.
* Analyze and optimize payroll and accounting processes for efficiency and compliance.
* Ensure systems meet UK regulations, including HMRC requirements, data privacy laws, and other industry-specific compliance standards.
Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably with experience in payroll and accounting system implementations, and familiarity with UK payroll processes and regulations.
* Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting tools, and business system integration, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master).
* Experience in the entertainment industry or production environment is a plus.
