As a Recruiter, you will act as a true “business partner”, you will guide and drive business’ talent acquisition strategy in your Business Area and you will back-up the Staffing Manager and HR Business Partner on strategical HR talks.
Position is based in Bristol, in our UK office.
You understand the business needs regarding the recruitment plan.
~ You are in charge of implementing the strategy and operations linked to the recruitment and HR projects aspects related to your business area.
~ You work and interact closely with the business entities as regards to recruitment of internal or external profiles, based on established recruitment plans. For each profile, you select the appropriate recruitment channels (internal, advertisements, e-mails, recruitment agencies, social media, mobility, external/internal consultants….)
~ and you are the contact person with respect to the academic world and the ENGIE recruitment network.
~ You participate and realize human resource projects to improve talent acquisition (onboarding, Campus, Digital tools, Employer branding communication,...) You have a bachelor degree at least (labour sciences, HR, Economics, Marketing/Communication….) and can count on five years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a matrix organization.
You speak, write and understand english fluently
You are genuinely interested in learning our business environment in order to ensure that our recruitment is in line with the business requirements.
You have excellent communication skills and you are able to create and animate your own network
