Key Responsibilities: Implement and bring into operation the Stannah ERP platform (IFS) and ensure a seamless business-as-usual transition, UK and Globally Own the 5-year global IT strategy and technology roadmap Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance (Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001) Mentor and grow a high-performing IT team to support global operations Manage IT service operations, vendor relationships, and multi-million-pound budgets Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals Oversee the IT PMO function, IT Service Operations and ensure quality support services What You Bring: Experience: Significant years in Senior IT leadership, including managing complex projects and ERP implementations Expertise: Proven ability in IT operations, risk management, and budget control Leadership: Strong skills in mentoring and developing teams, with a track record of fostering collaboration and delivering results Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s preferred); knowledge of ITIL and/or change management frameworks Personal Attributes: Inclusive, proactive, and detail-focused with excellent communication skills Resilient problem-solver who thrives under pressure and embraces ambiguity Team builder who fosters trust and open collaboration at all levels Willingness to travel to our sites Globally in the US, Europe and other Global locations On site/hybrid working approach, based in the Andover office 3-4 days per week Why Join Stannah?
