We are seeking two experienced Change Communications Managers to join our communications team during an exciting period of organisational change. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver our ambitions programme of change and have a big impact in this important government policy area.

Based in the Corporate Communications team within the People and Communications Directorate, you will play a strategic role in ensuring the effective delivery of all change communications activity.
You will work closely with the agency’s Change Management Team and project managers, and the wider Corporate Communications team, to ensure change communications are effectively planned, delivered and evaluated.
A key part of the role will be to ensure that all change communication is effectively coordinated, and consistent messaging is applied, to ensure it is clear how it contributes to the achievement of the agency's objectives and what it means for our people.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
* Be involved in the design and delivery of impactful change and project communication plans, using communications expertise, change communications best practice and insight from previous activity to inform approach.
* Provide strategic communications advice and coaching to senior leaders, project managers and change managers.
* Create compelling narratives and messaging that align with the broader agency and change narratives to bring change initiatives to life for diverse audience groups.
* Ensure that all change communication activity is effectively evaluated, insights are captured and any learning is applied to ongoing activity.
* Liaise with colleagues across the Corporate Communications team to ensure that internal and external change communications activity is coordinated.
* Be an active member of project boards, presenting on specific comms issues as required.
* Have potential line management responsibilities for one team member, providing direction and development opportunities.
