My client is a company specializing in the manufacturing of pens and stamps. The position of Full Time Customer Service Administrator requires a strong eye for detail to successfully achieve the company's requirements.
Job Description:
The list of duties includes, although not limited to:
* Processing sales orders and queries for both UK and European distributors, invoicing goods, and arranging shipments.
* Administration, including organizing folders, files, and updating our database. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts, identifying and assessing customers' needs.
* Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution is achieved.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Work closely with and support the sales, marketing, production, and warehouse departments, ensuring information is organized, distributed, and input into our system appropriately. Your daily routine will vary depending on where work is required, including data input, assisting marketing and warehouse departments, and participating in customer promotions and events.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel, and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication, numeracy, and presentation skills.
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Keep up-to-date with all the latest products and promotions to explain them to interested customers.
Skills & Personality:
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise and work with colleagues, suppliers, and customers on a daily basis.
* Excellent time management and organization skills.
