About the Role: This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HSEQ Manager who is ready to step into a senior leadership position. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement HSEQ strategies, ensuring that the company maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures across the business. Monitor and evaluate health, safety, environmental, and quality performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Provide training and support to staff on HSEQ best practices. Work closely with project teams to ensure HSEQ standards are maintained on-site. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at a senior level. Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and inspections. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as an HSEQ Manager, ideally within Structual Alterations, RC Frame and Groundworks. Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
