This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), who is leading the transformation of our business. As Transformation Office Lead, you’ll be at the heart of driving and coordinating strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with our business objectives and are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You’ll play a crucial role in overseeing governance, tracking, and effective delivery, helping us achieve sustainable, company-wide change. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 4 days on-site at our Gaydon HQ. GRADE: 9 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (with the possibility of extension). Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the framework, processes, and governance of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to support our transformation objectives. Work closely with the CTO to prioritise and guide transformation projects, ensuring strategic goals are met. Act as the central point of coordination for all transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across programmes and projects. Provide comprehensive reporting to the CTO and Executive Committee, offering timely insights into the progress of transformation, risks, and dependencies. Establish best practices in change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefit realisation. Facilitate collaboration across teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful transformation delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise the transformation process. Requirements: A genuine passion for our brand and the exciting opportunities our transformation journey presents. Tech-savvy, with experience in leveraging digital tools and systems to optimise efficiency and streamline workflows. A solid understanding of financials, enabling you to track and manage transformation activities and their impact.
