About the Role:
* Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound sales efforts (phone, LinkedIn, email).
* Maintain accurate records of all activity and lead details in our CRM.
* Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning our solutions.
* Consistently exceed KPI targets.
* Enhance product knowledge and identify high-potential clients.
Responsibilities:
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in conversation and qualifying them as leads.
* Utilize LinkedIn and email effectively to supplement phone outreach.
* Accurately record all communications and lead details in our CRM system.
* Assess client needs and match them to our financial solutions.
* Prepare proposals when required by senior team members.
* Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
* Stay updated on our products and identify promising clients.
* Maintain strict adherence to FCA compliance guidelines.
Qualifications and Traits:
* Minimum 2.1 university degree (business-related preferred).
* Proven ability to generate new business.
