At Stratstone, our Customer Experience Advisors are responsible for managing the influx of new and prospective enquiries received, through calls and all digital channels. You’ll provide customers with a warm introduction to our brand while collecting essential information about their needs and ensuring the enquiry is seamlessly transitioned to one of our seasoned Sales Executives.
