Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join their team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to their team.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including reception duties, EA duties, and general administrative duties. Your main responsibilities will include:
Reception Duties:
1. Answering all incoming calls on a small switchboard
2. Greeting clients and announcing them to the appropriate person
3. Preparing refreshments for clients on arrival and for meetings
4. Handling post and photocopying
5. Filing and archiving documents, including collection and retrieval of files
6. Assisting with typing duties
7. Managing stationery and office supplies
8. Controlling kitchen supplies
9. Undertaking various ad hoc duties as required
EA Duties:
10. Audio typing dictated letters
11. Diary management, including setting up meetings and arranging travel
12. Following up on emails and correspondence
13. Managing expenses records
14. Liaising with clients on behalf of the executive
15. Organising corporate events and functions
16. Keeping WIP (Work in Progress) up to date and detailed
17. Undertaking various ad hoc duties as necessary
Administrative Duties:
18. Preparing and amending marketing literature
19. Recording and filing all company documentation
20. Assisting with engagement letters and filing
21. Maintaining organisation within networked and computerised drives
22. Managing archiving
23. Organising client parties and events
24. Assisting with general administrative tasks and filing
25. Scheduling and controlling expenses and petty cash
26. Collecting cash and banking cheques
27. Undertaking ad hoc duties as required

Previous apprentices within our client's organisation have successfully completed further professional Secretarial courses and secured positions with well-known firms in various roles, such as EA's, Team Leaders, HR Assistants, and Admin/Office Managers in smaller firms.
