A great opportunity to join a long established and successful Letting Agency in the city centre as a Lettings Administrator This professional and well respected company can offer you a varied office based position, the chance to work alongside an experienced team and a friendly environment Key duties will include: Assisting with property compliance management Managing requests for repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors All connected office work – use of lettings software, keeping files updated Processing tenant applications for properties available Handling enquiries via phone and email regarding properties for Let Setting up viewing appointments and managing the diary Working with colleagues to market new and existing properties for let Candidates should have previous experience in residential lettings or a similar industry with excellent administration skills, an organised approach and the ability to communicate effectively via phone and email. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work well to business deadlines. Full time permanent position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, salary based on experience circa £22-24k.
