Join Our Team as an Electrical Manager!
Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for leading and inspiring a top-notch team? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
As our Electrical Customer Delivery Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things electrical. Reporting to the M&E Programme Manager, you'll lead and coach a team of around 12 talented electricians to ensure high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations. You'll be hands-on, working alongside your team, and conducting pre and post-work audits to ensure everything meets NICEIC standards.
You'll be the heart of our electrical team, leading by example to deliver top-notch, customer-focused service. Your duties will include electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, working closely with your manager to ensure compliance. You'll manage projects up to £25K, coordinate hired plant and operators, and maintain high-quality standards.
Safety is crucial, so you'll always use safe work methods to protect yourself, your team, and the public. You'll ensure all equipment is in top condition, promptly report defects, and keep accurate records of work, including any variations or unmeasured tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
We're looking for someone with....
* City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 qualifications for Electrical Installation.
* City and Guilds 2391 Part 1 and 2 qualifications for Electrical Inspection Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent.
* A current City & Guilds electrical qualification to the latest edition of the electrical regulations or equivalent.
* NVQ 3 or equivalent technical certificate in electrical engineering.
* Achievement Level 2 (AM2) practical qualification.
You've successfully completed a recognised Apprenticeship with a Minimum of NVQ Level 3 and AM2. You have extensive recent experience as a domestic Installation Electrician, designing, wiring, and testing installations through to successful client handover. You're also experienced in site management and thrive in a customer-focused environment.
Skills You'll Need:
* IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programmes.
* Ability to build and motivate effective teams.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A flexible working attitude and a can-do spirit with the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'roaming' position. Based in Wolverhampton with travel to Tewkesbury, Lichfield, or Chipping Sodbury, you'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home, offering the perfect balance. A Full UK Driving Licence is a must for this dynamic role.
