Job Description The Address Hotel are Glasgow currently looking for candidates to join our talented Food and Beverage team. You will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Management team in serving and assisting guests and customers during our breakfast each day, whilst also ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Set up the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and presented to a high standard Serve breakfast to guests, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail Assist guests with dietary requirements or special requests Keep the breakfast area tidy throughout service Ensure health and safety standards are met, including food hygiene regulations Work collaboratively with other hotel team members to deliver a seamless guest experience Clear tables and replenish items as needed Report any maintenance issues or stock shortages to management What We’re Looking For: Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential A passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work early mornings A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset The Candidate Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment. Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am) Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
