Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Lisburn is looking for Eo2s to join their team.
Duration: 51 Weeks with possibility of extension
Rate of pay: £14.50ph
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 37 hours per week / Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Start date: 6th November
Main Duties:
Discretionary Support claims processing/reviews/checking, to include use of relevant internal systems, application of controls/checks, guidance and legislation, use of microsoft office packages to make accurate and timely decisions.
End to end claims process.
Providing office cover during operational hours. Updating management on statistics and performance.
Excellent customer service skills to include dissatisfaction and complaints management and application of unacceptable customer behaviour guidance.
Proactive to work as part of a team/lead a team and deliver results. Ability to work on own initiative. Identify and implement service improvements.
Adapt and implement change.
Any other duties as directed by line manager.
May have staff line management responsibilities.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs A-C (Must include Maths and English)
- A levels or 3rd Level qualification
