We are currently seeking an Transactional Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team at Kepak Merthyr Tydfil. This role is essential for maintaining the company's financial integrity through accurate processing of financial transactions. The working hours are full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Efficiently prepare and process a high volume of purchase ledger invoices and credits on a daily basis. Oversee and manage the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure smooth financial operations. Conduct weekly BACS runs to facilitate timely payments. Address and resolve queries related to Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and internal approvals. Generate and distribute daily invoices to customers with accuracy and timeliness. Allocate cash receipts promptly and accurately. Process return credits efficiently. Maintain up-to-date records of debtors and creditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
