Recruit4Staff are proud to represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Survey and Monitoring Manager to work on their newly awarded contract in the Penrhyndeudraeth area
For the successful Survey and Monitoring Manager our client is offering:
1. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
2. Day shifts
3. Permanent role
4. Pension with up to 8% contribution from the client
5. 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
6. Company car or car allowance
7. Accommodation provided
8. Based on-site full-time
The Role - Survey and Monitoring Manager :
9. Responsible for the surveying and deformation monitoring works on the surface, in shafts and in the tunnel.
10. Responsible for the overall project requirements in geodetic surveying and deformation monitoring.
11. Oversee planning, evaluation, monitoring, and surveying ensuring compliance with contractual, legal requirements, and industry standards.
12. Manage the supply chain framework and drive the performance and relationship management
13. Ensure work is produced within clear guidelines, set goals and strive to achieve required results consistently
14. Keep management informed of business area activity and progress achieved
What our client is looking for in a Survey and Monitoring Manager:
15. A minimum of 5 years as a Survey Engineer - ESSENTIAL
16. Surveying Engineering Degree or Equivalent - ESSENTIAL
17. Previous Tunnelling experience - ESSENTIAL
18. Previous on-site experience in a Civil Engineering/Construction environment - ESSENTIAL
19. Hold a current UK Driving Licence
