The Opportunity
Are you someone who thrives on keeping things organised, loves seeing projects come to life, and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment? As Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of making sure our marketing campaigns run smoothly, from the first brainstorming session to the final launch.
You'll work closely with a range of teams to bring campaigns to life, making sure everything stays on track and aligned with our brand’s vision.
This full-time position offers a flexible working setup, with a blend of remote and on-site work, giving you the best of both worlds.
Who you are
You love working with cross-functional teams and you know how to bring people together to achieve a shared goal.
You’re skilled at juggling multiple projects, managing timelines, and keeping everything on track, even when deadlines are tight.
You have a sharp eye for detail and ensure that every aspect of a project aligns with brand guidelines and meets expectations before it’s delivered.
Whether it’s using Trello, Asana, or another tool, you’re comfortable tracking project progress, assigning tasks, and keeping teams updated.
You’re confident keeping stakeholders in the loop, clearly communicating updates, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
You’re not fazed when priorities shift—you can pivot quickly, adjust plans, and remain focused on the end goal while maintaining your enthusiasm for each project.
