What we are expecting from you - Manage the daily activities of location's raw materials, component parts, equipment and operating supplies required for the daily production - Provide support to production scheduling on all material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements - Work with Value stream leaders to acknowledge all new customers orders - Purchase and schedule movement of all required material, based on stock levels, customer requirements PFEP and shippnig and receiving requirements - Responsibility for setting up clear operating procedures for material control processes to be executed - Provide support to LEAN activities to achieve productivity improvements, inventory reductions and premier customer service, whilst maintaining quality standards through the deployment of the Parker LEAN System Who we are looking for - An individual with experience in an operational role, ideally in similar role/environment - An individual with an understanding and experience using ERP systems - A proven track record of continuous improvement - Experience in LEAN manufacturing including Kanban, PFEP, JIT - A willingness to travel (15% of the time) - Educated to degree level or professional qualification equivalent, ideally with a business or engineering focus Ideally, you will also have - Strong stakeholder management with experience working with employees globally - Broad understanding of supply chain management - Project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly What we offer - Solid employer present on the market for over 100 years. - Career growth and opportunities: we hire from within - Collaborative and empowered work environment where team spirit is at the center of our success. - Company values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth. - Open environment: we are excited to hear your ideas - Attractive compensation packages designed to hire and retain the best talents in the industry.
