We are seeking a highly motivated and committed administrator to join our booking office for Podiatry at Chard Community Hospital.
As a team, we are proud of our efficiency and high levels of patient care. We provide all new team members with a supportive and friendly working environment to develop and grow knowledge and skills.
Main duties of the job
As a Booking Office Administrator, you'll become an integral member of the Podiatry Team, providing effective administrative support to the services. The role is busy and varied, and we are looking for someone who will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The majority of the role is telephone-based, and the team are the first point of contact for patients accessing Podiatry, so you'll need to have excellent telephone skills and, on occasion, be able to deal with difficult conversations.
