Greencroft is hiring a part-time Receptionist for our Hamilton Grove facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in our gorgeous facility where we offer a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and autonomy.
We are looking for someone who can pleasantly greet residents and visitors as the “first face” of our senior living community. Applicants are to have strong organizational and communication skills which are a must for our fast-paced work environment.

Duties include:
1. Oversee screening procedures to ensure that everyone entering the Welcome Center is appropriately cleared to be in the facility.
2. Answer and forward all incoming calls to the appropriate areas.
3. Maintain and revise forms or documents as required.
4. Organize and distribute mail to residents and departments.
5. Maintain resident, phone, mail forwarding and staff lists as needed.
6. Work with Business Office Manager and Staff Accountant in accepting resident payments, guest meal payments, as well as balancing and managing members cash & postage stock.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in long term care or a retirement community preferred.
2. Special interest in older adults and the aging population.
3. Skilled in Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to use internet service, email, general office equipment and communication devices.
5. Previous cash handling experience is required as well as being proficient in Math.
Schedule:
1. Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm
2. Sundays 10:00am to 2:00pm
*In the Spring of 2025, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am to 5:00pm will be added to the schedule.
