Nexus Resource Solutions have an excellent opportunity with a market leading fabrication and pipe work company for an Admin Assistant.
The Admin Assistant will be doing a mix of tasks as and when the client needs. These will be varied and the role will be fast-paced, working within a site-based mechanical construction environment, so we’re looking for people who are flexible and used to working in this sort of environment.
The site is based in Alloa, so it’s essential you’re local and can commute there every day.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Reporting to the Project Manager
2. Data entry
3. Timesheet management
4. Ad-hoc admin tasks
5. Pulling reports from in-house system
6. Assigning job numbers
7. Any other tasks that may be required
Hours/Wage
* 39hr week
* Up to £15ph PAYE
* 2-3 months with a strong possibility of this going longer
* 8am-5pm Mon-Thu, 3pm finish Friday
